| Meatballs |

Basic Meatballs:
1# grass-fed beef or ground turkey 1/4 cup dry bread or cracker crumbs 1/2 teaspoon real salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 small onion, chopped or 1 TBSP onion powder 1 egg

1/4 cup parmesan cheese 1 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into 1 1/2 to 2-inch balls. (I made 1 inch balls) In large skillet, brown meatballs in 1 TBSP hot oil; drain.
Tip: To brown in oven, arrange in ungreased shallow baking pan; bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until browned. This is the way I did it and loved it! I cleaned up during this stage!
Tip: After cooled, remove from pain, and wipe off excess grease, place in quart-size freezer bag and freeze.
Tip: To cook frozen meatballs, place in crock pot with either pizza sauce or cream of mushroom soup for about 6 hours on low.
