The Healthful Journey Co-op Station
What does a Co-op Station mean? A Co-op Station is a location that one of our customers has made available as a delivery spot, where others can pick up their order at the given time on a given day.
How can I become a Co-op Station? A Co-op Station must have a minium of $350.00 in total orders to be eligible for delivery and be within a 1 hour radius of Chester, VA. If that minium is not meant, the closest Qualified Co-op Station will receive the delivery.
Will I be required to store items for those who ordered? A Co-op Station is not required to store any items. Each Qualified Co-op Station will have a scheduled day and delivery time that those in that area will be made aware of through an email annoucement. Those who ordered are responsible to be at your Co-op Station at the time indicated, or make arrangements for someone else to pick up their items for them. If you would like to accommmodate someone who is working or unable to make that time, it is your choice, however this is not the Co-op Station responsibility to always accommodate other customers. If the schedule is too hard to meet, the customer can make arrangements with us to get their order.
How close can Co-op Stations be from one another? We are limiting Co-op Stations to 15 minutes from each other.
What are my benefits for becoming a Co-op Station? You will save time and fuel on having your items delivered to your door. All orders will be divided and labeled with the customer name, for easy pick up. You are only a drop off and have no other responsibilities.
The Healthful Journey reserves the right to change the conditions of the Co-op Stations at any given time.
